Those apartment was brilliantly located, you couldn't ask for better for the centre of southport. The apartment felt spacious with decent furnishings and whilst we didn't report any issues, the host was in contact several times to give us information. The only negative I would give is that the apartment building has clearly got a huge damp issue and whilst the apartment itself was largely unaffected, it was quite unpleasant walking through the communal corridors to enter and exit due to the strong smell. Inside, the en suite bathroom had areas of mould but this may have been due to poor extraction rather than damp. Overall it was good value especially for its location and the apartment itself but I probably wouldn't stay again just due to the issues outlined.

Apartment 28 is spacious and comfortable, and very well positioned in the throbbing heart of downtown Southport. The host was responsive and efficient. We would be glad to stay here again.

Interesting old building with plenty of space, great location, with such comfy beds! Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Everything you would want to feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay. The one issues was a nasty smell in several of the rooms despite opening the windows to air.
