Very nice and cozy place to stay. Had everything that was needed. Mel did great with being proactive with clear and thorough instructions for check in/etc. Mel also was very quick to respond to messages. Overall was a great stay and would certainly recommend to anyone.

Great location and cool space- if you know NOLA, you understand “perfectly imperfect” :) The space is not luxurious but it worked great for what I needed. Bedroom is cool and dark and it was extremely quiet. Hosts were very nice and allowed for late check out.

Mel was very nice. She communicated very well throughout my visit. The location was convenient to most things on my New Orleans list. I feel like everything was within a 10 min drive. My stay was fine. The only thing is I would say is pack light. Navigating the steps with a bigger suitcase is a bit challenging.

Mel's place is in a great neighborhood and while it's not near most of the main attractions, it's well situated for virtually all of them. She's super friendly and helpful and the place is really sweet and cozy. Only thing we'd say is that people over 6 feet tall may want to think twice-- the bed is kind of small and the shower head is low and, most notably, the ceilings are slanted in many spots... that's merely quirkyfor most of us but if you're too tall it might be uncomfortable. (I banged my head once and learned my lesson)
