Martina is an amazing host. One of the most hospitable hosts we have encountered. She is so kind and so helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed. She took time to explain every little thing in detail. She was genuine and very responsive when we had questions. Her home is beautiful and so peaceful. It is the perfect location. We cannot say enough about how perfect our stay was. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Venice is such a special place and it was even more special because of Martina!

Martina was an amazing host, she greeted us at check-in and gave us a lot of helpful information. The AirBnB is in an excellent location, close to many cafes, restaurants and local grocery. The location is a short walk to the train station, water taxi from Airport and less than 20 min walk to the major attractions. The neighborhood feels warm and welcoming, lots of locals out and about in the square. The apartment is beautiful and was well stocked with all necessary amenities as well as snacks and Nespresso:) I would love to stay here again!

We loved this apartment. It was incredibly clean, in a convenient area without being overrun by tourists, and the host was super helpful. We couldn't have been happier.

Martina's apartment is excellent. it is in a lovely square with restaurants, supermarket, ice cream shop, bakery and a greengrocers on your doorstep. Martina is an outstanding host, she is always available to answer any questions, helpful and extremely accommodating. when we are next in Venice we will definitely be checking out her availability first.

As we weren’t familiar with Venice, we appreciated Martina’s availability to answer our questions and provide information about both practical and cultural aspects of this unique city. The apartment is beautiful , with all the necessities of a comfortable stay and a layout that allows room to relax. And of course, the location is the very best, close to amenities, including transportation, restaurants, great pastries next door, while still being in a non-touristy part of Venice. If we are lucky enough to visit again, we will definitely stay at Martina’s place. Thanks again!
