Our stay at Nature's Edge Hotel literally could not have been better! The welcome was warm, and the accommodations were perfect. We stayed in the Heliconia Casita. The view from the balcony was amazing. In addition to the spectacular view, we were fortunate enough to see two kinds of toucans in the trees just off our balcony. I am not normally much of a birdwatcher, but I found myself truly enjoying the multitude of multicolored birds flitting back and forth around our Casita. The Casita itself was delightful. The kitchenette was great and made preparing meals/snacks easy. Keith and Joe truly thought of everything with the items they provided for our use. The shared kitchen/pool area was gorgeous and provided additional stunning views. We enjoyed meeting there each morning for the awesome breakfast Joe and Keith created. It is a great atmosphere to chat with your fellow guests. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Truely, our only regret was that we didn’t book more days there!!

Staying at Nature's Edge was a fantastic way to end our honeymoon! Everything was top notch including the views, amenities, comfortable bed and wonderful hosts. The included breakfasts were fantastic and it was a great opportunity to chat with the owners and meet other guests. We did yoga by the pool in the mornings and the view was amazing. There are so many thoughtful extras included at the hotel that made our stay extra special. The hotel is conveniently located as it's close to many shops and excellent restaurants as well as the infamous whale tail/Uvita beach. Though it's close to attractions, it remains tucked away in the jungle and provides a completely peaceful atmosphere where you can easily view various birds and hear/see howler monkeys in the trees. The owners are very attentive and will go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. Thank you Keith and Joe (and adorable Loui) for a memorable stay, we hope to return again soon!

Congratulations! You’ve found your next AirBNB in Costa Rica. No need to keep scrolling. My wife and I have been fortunate enough to stay in some very nice places internationally (many in Costa Rica), and we felt that Nature’s Edge Boutique Hotel struck the perfect balance of aesthetic, comfort, and hospitality. And that is no small feat in a country like Costa Rica! After a long day of doing many of the tiring things you may do around Uvita, there is nothing more vital than having a place to truly relax and recuperate. Picture this… you kick off your sandy water shoes, or muddy hiking boots, after a long day of adventure. You rinse off in a warm, candle-lit shower in a private, yet open-aired bathroom. After all the sand is finally washed off, you hop in a hammock on a balcony overlooking a picturesque valley while listening to the soothing jungle orchestra. An hour or two later, you sleepwalk back into your luxurious king-sized bed, and wake up the next day thanks to the howler monkey alarm clock…You rub your eyes and bumble over to the scenic pool area to enjoy the unbelievably delicious breakfast, and engage in fun, informative, down-to-earth, and wonderful conversation with Keith and Joe. This is only part of what it’s like to stay at Natures Edge. I cannot emphasize how much we enjoyed our stay. The place has everything you need and they are so accommodating. I had to shorten this review a few times because there was so much to write about. To sum things up, we found our home away from home in Costa Rica!

Nature’s edge has breath taking views, cozy accommodations, amazing hosts, and delicious breakfast. It is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful Costa Rican jungle from the comfort and privacy of your own cabina high above the jungle canopy. One of our favorites aspects of Natures Edge, was the attention to detail in everything from check-in to the decor in the rooms. The sheets were so soft and the bed so comfy. We truly can’t wait to go back.
