Very basic property but it's clean.

The home stay is located in a beautiful plantation very near to the village centre. The place has a great charm and is extremely photogenic. The room we stayed was clean and had all the basic amenities. However, some minor repairs are needed to keep the place upto date.

Everything matches the description, but parking the car at the property is a tough task as the road is very narrow and steep. Slightly overpriced.

Always had a fascination of visiting Mawlynnong, partially also bcos my 9 yr daughter always wanted to visit and must say was left stunned with what we saw. Beauty everywer, fairytale village, rightly the cleanest village of Asia. On the stay at Annie's, Mr Hamlin is a good host and offered us hot morning tea. I found the room size small for a family of 3 but was ok for a night stay. Its a shame that such a beautiful village had a power cut for almost 7 hrs during our stay of 14 hrs and most of it was in the night. Overall a pleasant stay

Everything was nice only onething that Sachin told us about power cut at the last moment that at 12 night to morning 4 am power cut will happen regularly, and NO Powerback up is there, He told us at the check in date at evening only,so we have no options to moove on,so except summer this is manageable because there temperature is around 18-19 but in summer its it's not manageable because temperature is 24-26 ,(without Fan) And i aslo ask other homestay there many has powerback ,so Everthing is fine location,cleanliness ,surrounding but power cut is the main problem
