Peaceful and serene. Away from the crowds, perfect place to relax. A bit pricey for the location, surrounding neighborhood was not desirable but the unit was good. The plunge pool was cold . There was seaweed on the beach but this was regularly cleaned by a very hardworking local guy. We had a nice time however may be a bit on the quiet side for families.

We had a great stay at the villa. It’s right on the beach, has a fab private rooftop with a lounger and pool. It’s walking distance to Da Conch Shack which was so convenient. Alex our host was amazing and his recommendations spot on. We would definitely advise renting a car like we did so that you can make the most of the island and everything it has to offer.

Beautiful place and beautiful property. They constantly keep up the property and clean the beach every day. We enjoyed the rooftop watching the sunrise and star gazing at night. It's a little off the beaten path so it's in a quiet area. The property is close to the airport and walkable to Da Conch shack but everything else is a drive. It's about 15-20 minutes to get to grace bay but if there is traffic or it's rush hour it takes more like 45 mins and it's a huge headache. We enjoyed our stay and Alex was very responsive and helpful. He even helped us out in a pinch. Very friendly and brought our huge bag up the flight of stairs. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to stay far from the resorts.

Very peaceful location! The hosts were great, meeting us at check in and providing lots of suggestions on the island. The property was well kept and private with on site assistance if needed. I would definitely suggest renting a car as the property is about a 20-25 min drive to get to most destinations.

Location was great. Property manager was there at check in and even helped with recommendations around the city. Unfortunately after that day it was the last time we heard from him. We texted him a couple different times and got no response. The listing shows a private pool but every time we went up to ours the couple from below us were in our private pool. So spending all the extra to have the pool was a big waste.
