L’appartement de Francesco est situé dans un quartier très agréable avec le marché du Rialto à 2 pas. L’appartement est très agréable et propre. Francesco est un hôte très réactif pour les questions diverses.

Francesco and Claudia's place was a great find. You get to stay at a real Venetian apartment in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood (San Polo), close enough to walk to the tourist attractions and right by Rialto bridge/market. The apartment is as described and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts are very kind and shared great recommendations. They were also very responsive. Thank you Francesco and Claudia for hosting me!

Francesco est un hôte courtois et attentionné. Le logement est conforme en tous points avec l’annonce. L’emplacement est vraiment pratique pour se balader dans le centre historique de Venise. Très bon rapport emplacement/qualité/prix/service.

Venice apartment review We spent 10 nights here. A 45 step, narrow and steep staircase takes you to a very comfortable, clean and secure apartment with lots of natural light. The small but well equipped kitchen is a great asset since it’s so close to the fabulous and world renowned Rialto Market. Take advantage! The bed is medium firm and comfortable. Hot water and warm room temperature was good (we were here in late March through several rainy days). If you’re big of girth, the shower could be tight. Large luggage beware. Very convenient and quiet location in spite of its proximity to the Rialto Bridge, which we found easy to avoid. Simple to get around in every direction. Communication with Francesco is exceptional.
