I was very impressed with this rental. It felt like a home rather than a stark rental while still being extremely clean. This may not resonate with all but what made me fall in love with the place was the immaculate washer / dryer. With 2 small children, I do a lot of laundry (unfortunately even on vacation) and am very particular about a fresh washer / dryer. At the end of the rental season, I was thrilled that the machines seemed brand new with zero mildew smell. The same for the dishwasher. It goes without saying that the rest of the house was perfection. Clean and comfortable. Great location for accessing all that Wellfleet has to offer while still being quiet and private. Would definitely book again in the future.

Probably the nicest, cleanest, and most meticulously decorated and curated rental homes I’ve ever stayed at in Wellfleet — and I’ve been spending summers there for 40+ years!! In a terrific location, with great communicative hosts to boot.

No complaints at all! The house was very clean, had ample parking, and Barry & David were incredibly accommodating to any of our needs. The house itself was nicely decorated and we felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here and would stay here again in the future!

Barry’s place was even more lovely than the pictures. A very well appointed house with a beautiful outside space, extremely close to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. We would love to go back again.
