Absolutely incredible place. Photos don't do it justice. Stunning location, high quality throughout. Hot tub, River swimming and walk to the nearby tea rooms an added bonus. We hire it for a family celebration and it was perfect in every way.

Telfit is a perfect place for family get togethers. All the rooms are lovely so everyone gets privacy and luxury (rather than someone having to have the less nice room which sometimes happens with large rentals), which makes it really special. The kitchen, dining spaces and sitting rooms are spacious and comfortable. The surrounding walks, wild swim pool, hot tub, sauna and games room mean that there is something for everyone to do. Croquet and boules were a hit for us. We had a great week.

The house and location are beautiful. You feel like you have the whole valley to yourself. The firepit area was a big hit. We were met at the house and given a helpful tour. The house is very well equipped in terms of crockery etc. And the outdoor games are a great idea. Considering the price and spec of the property I felt the hosts could have been more generous. You are a long way from any shops and there aren't many basic supplies so bring oil, more dish washer tablets and some washing powder. There was a fee of £50 to change a double bed to a twin (which I've never come across this before) and a charge for using a second bag of charcoal. When you've paid over £1500 a night I would expect all the above to be included.

Such a beautiful house, so many amenities we could have stayed for weeks and were so sad to leave after a long weekend! Chris and the team really went the extra mile in helping us get to the house as it was incredibly snowy but they did everything they could to help and we made it! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!
