Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Il mio alloggio è vicino al centro città (15 minuti a piedi), alla stazione ferroviaria (20 minuti a piedi) e all'aeroporto (30 minuti con i mezzi). L'alloggio è fornito di tutto, la sua posizione è ideale per spostarsi da e per la città, il quartiere offre molti servizi: vicino casa potrete trovare la fermata degli autobus per la stazione ed il centro città, oltre ad una postazione bike sharing, e vari negozi. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie, solitari e chi viaggia per lavoro.

The apartment is located in the heart of Porta Venezia, in a quiet road, at the fourth floor of a building dated 1940. The apartment has been recently refurbished, it is very luminous, it has high ceilings and consists of one bedroom and a living room with a very comfortable sofa-bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is at your disposal and is equipped with oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and dishwasher. The entire apartment is covered by wifi.

A due passi da Bellagio, il mio studio è un vero e proprio gioiellino affacciato sul Lago di Como. Sono un Architetto, e questo è stato il mio rifugio per molti anni. Adesso desidero che anche voi possiate godere della pace che qui si respira. Dal balcone del living potrete godere di una delle più belle e suggestive viste del Lago e delle montagne circostanti. Welcome to Casa Scaletta Santa Lucia a modern, newly-renovated and comfortable flat. All the important points of interest of Bergamo are easily accessible from the flat, whether in Città Bassa (the downtown city centre) or Città Alta (the upper town historic centre). Città Alta can be reached by means of the funicular railway – the stop is about five minutes’ walk away – or by taking the Via Santa Lucia Vecchia stairway, just across the road from the flat.
