Large garden of almost 3,000 m2, swimming pool and parking. Each house has a garden for private use. Can Mindus is a 7-minute walk from the center of Sóller and a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Sóller. Views of the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana and the city of Sóller. Se recuerda que existe en las Islas Baleares una tasa turística de 2€/dia por persona major de 14 años a abonar a su llegada. Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

La casa consta de entrada típica mallorquina, salón con chimenea y cocina totalmente equipada. Dos dormitorios dobles. Cuarto de baño con lavadora y secadora. Calefacción, aire acondicionado y WIFI en toda la vivienda. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos).

Surrounded by a garden, the house faces a large swimming pool in a quiet environment with views on the Sierra de Tramuntana. The city center of Soller is at a walking distance. The house enjoys a vast space that includes a modern kitchen entirely equipped, a dining room with a long table and a comfortable living room with a chimney. Up to 8 people can comfortably stays in the house which has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet. It is also very well equipped (A/C, heating,….).

Acogedora casita totalmentre reformada, còmoda y urbana con una cocina perfecta y equipada, un baño no muy grande pero cómodo con una ducha, una habitación doble, con mucha luz natural y a 100m de la plaza de Soller y 25m de c/ la Luna, donde puedes encontrar tiendas, bares y restaurantes para unas vacaciones perfectas. Es una casita tiene tres plantas, entrada salón, en medio la cocina comedor y arriba baño y dormitorio, y en el sótano lavandería. Ideal para dos personas.

Our house in the heart of Sollér was built over 300 years ago. The house has been completely renovated and offers its guests the wonderful charm of a historic Spanish town house with modern comforts. The combination of old stone walls, exposed ceiling beams and wooden window shutters with modern and cozy furniture, a new kitchen and new bathrooms give our guests a comfortable feeling of arrival and well-being from the very first moment. We refurnished the house in sommer 2022.

Cas Mariner has a privileged location on the seafront, and at the foot of the Sierra Tramuntana, ideal for hikers and cyclists. It is a quiet and relaxed area, very close to restaurants, services, playgrounds and the beach. You don't need a car, you can walk everywhere. The house has, on the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room and a bedroom. And on the first floor, with bathroom, chill out and large room with access to the sea.
