CAN MINDUS 3: This is one of the three houses that make up the Can Mindus house, from the 19th century. The 3 houses can be rented separately or the whole house. Large garden of almost 3,000 m2, swimming pool and parking. Each house has a garden for private use. Can Mindus is a 7-minute walk from the center of Sóller and a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Sóller. Views of the mountains of the Serra de Tramontana and the city of Sóller. Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

Preciosa casa de campo, muy bien situada a unos 10 minutos del centro andando,se puede visitar la plaza,el Museo Modernista Can Prunera,situado en la calle comercial la Luna. Coger el tranvía para ir al Puerto de Sóller. Desde casa en coche está a 10 minutos la playa del Puerto de Soller. Totalmente renovada y con todos los lujos necesarios para tener unas vacaciones de ensueño en un paraje idilico.

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.
