Please note, we have an onsite caretaker in a separate apartment on the first floor that can assist with your stay as needed.

Hello and welcome! Thank you for considering our listing! Additional downstairs suite is available to accommodate up to 3-4 people, we have a separate listing with the whole house. ( different price per night, the downstairs suite will be locked if you rent upstairs) I am a hospital medicine physician and my husband is an engineer. We built this house with love and we want you to experience comfort and the beauty of Tahoe! We are 5 min walk from Zephyr Cove beach.
