E' indipendente, con doppio accesso dall’esterno e con giardino delimitato. Era in origine la limonaia e casetta del giardiniere della proprietà. Trasformata in un open space bello e accogliente, 3/5 posti letto offre un soggiorno comodo e confortevole a coppie o famiglie che vogliano visitare la verde Umbria.

Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

L'appartamento dispone di ingresso indipendente, 1 camera da letto matrimoniale con vasca idromassaggio, cucina con zona giorno, divano, servizi privati, camino, TV e WiFi.
