La casa dispone di cucina attrezzata, divano ( utilizzabile in caso di necessità come divano letto) bagno, area notte separabile con tenda a pannello dallo spazio giorno. Dalle finestre, magnifica vista sui tetti della città. In comune con nostro appartamento adiacente, magnifico spazio caffè/lettura e terrazza attico con vista su città alta.

È composto da cucina-soggiorno, dove, su richiesta, prepariamo il divano letto con materasso con topper in memory(140*190 cm) camera matrimoniale e bagno con box doccia. Aria condizionata Daikin, sia in camera che in soggiorno.
