Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

Ferienwohnung – Nähe Bodensee

Unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet am Rande von Stockach und bietet alles, was Sie für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigen. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Zu Fuß dauert es 12 Min. zum Bahnhof. Auch der wunderschöne Bodensee ist in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar - perfekt für Tagesausflüge nach Radolfzell, Konstanz, Meersburg und Insel Mainau.

Hell, ruhig, separat: Souterrain-Wohnung, 50 qm

Die 50 m² große Souterrainwohnung in unserem Haus (seit Dez. '23) ist modern und hell eingerichtet; sie bietet Platz zum Wohlfühlen für 2 Personen. Eine kleine Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Backofen und zwei Kochplatten ausgestattet. WLAN ist vorhanden. Das seperate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (160 x200) eingerichtet. In dem geräumigen Badezimmer befinden sich Dusche und WC. Die Böden sind gefliest und im Schlafraum mit Echtholz-Laminat ausgelegt. Alle Räume haben Fenster u. Rolladen.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Paradies direkt am See mit Sauna am Wasser

Diese wunderschöne Neubauwohnung (80 qm Wohnfläche) ist prima geeignet für alle Bodenseeliebhaber, Wanderer, Mountainbiker und Naturliebhaber. Ausflugsziele wie die Marienschlucht, die Insel Mainau und Konstanz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bodman liegt am Überlinger See und bietet ein paar nette Restaurants. Direkt anschliessend an das Haus folgt ein 11 km langer Naturstrand bis Wallhausen. Die Wohnung ist stillvoll, komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet und liegt direkt am See. Bearbeiten

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

Zuhause im Freien- Haus Mufflon

Genieße die Klänge der Natur. Inmitten Wiesen und Feldern steht unser kleines ZuHause im Freien. In wenigen Minuten ist man im angrenzenden Wald und kann direkt nebenan Hirsche beobachten. Genießt die Ruhe bei uns und lasst die Seele baumeln. In unseren voll ausgestatteten Häusern mit komplettem Badezimmer kann nach Herzenslust gekocht werden, zwei Schlafmöglichten (2x2 m) und eine Schlafcouch laden zum Verweilen ein. Vor dem Haus ist eine Feuerstelle, an der auch gegrillt werden kann.

The apartment is situated in Seelfingen, a small idyllic village, only 9 km away from the Lake Constance. It is an ideal region for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. The apartment has 56 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house. The apartment has one room, which is divided in sleeping area containing one double bed, sitting area with sofa and 2 armchairs and a fully equiped kitchen. The bathroom is dotated with shower and toilet. You are welcome in our apartment!

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.
