Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Vivienda adosada de veraneo familiar en una singular urbanización de los años 70, sobre la Cala de Aigua Xelida y la Platja Gran de Tamariu. Un paseo de 5 minutos bajando por unas escalinatas nos separan de la Cala d’Aigua Xelida, situada al norte del núcleo de Tamariu, uno de los parajes más bellos de Catalunya, muy cerca de l’Espai Natural Protegit Muntanyes de Begur. En el 1972, la zona d’Aigua Xelida se declaró Paraje Pintoresco y el 2009 fue escogida Paisaje Favorito de Catalunya.

És una casa de les més antigues de Tamariu quasi centenària, totalment reformada amb tots els equipaments, ben comunicada ja que es troba en el carrer principal d'entrada i també té un accés per un tranquil carrer on és fàcil trobar aparcament. Davant la casa hi han unes escales que van directament a la platja i al passeig.

(from june to September 11th) The house is situated in a quiet area which is ideal for both couples and families.
