橄榄树中的房子

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

L’appartamento è composto da un ampio salone con zona pranzo, da una cucina panoramica full optional e da due camera da letto matrimoniali dotate ognuna di un proprio bagno. Ogni stanza dispone di un proprio climatizzatore e Smart TV. L’attico si trova ai Parioli, in una zona residenziale immersa nel verde e ben collegato e vicino al centro storico.

This apartment, part of a building of three apartments owned by my family, is ideal for couples who want to explore the city, residing in the historic center. Located on the second floor, it offers a kitchen, bathroom and a spacious bedroom with a fun hanging chair. On the ground floor and first floor, managed by my brother, there is the Bianca and Rosa house of memories. The shared terrace is perfect for enjoying the beautiful sunset.

Located minutes away from Termini Station but still a peaceful home. The access to the appartment is made by stairs. Breakfast it's on us!
