In addition to the living room, (living) kitchen and bathroom, there are four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has its own entrance to the outside. The bathroom and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. The bedroom in the attic can only be reached via the second bedroom on the upper floor.

Approx. 85 m² apartment, completely refurnished and renovated in 2020. The second bed is a folding bed that can be placed in the bedroom or living room. Directly in front of the living room there is a terrace, in addition a large garden can also be used. Directly on the hiking trail "Albsteig". Schluchsee, Titisee and Feldberg about 30-40 km away, border crossing to Switzerland about 7 km. Own car required, as there is no shopping facility in the village (about 4 km away).

老染房（Alte Färberei）整套房源

Die alte Färberei, eine Fabrikanlage aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, wurde für eine gemischte Nutzung ausgebaut. Neben Wohnungen, Werkstätten und Arztpraxis entstanden unter den Sheddächern der Fabrikhallen Gästezimmer. Es war uns ein Anliegen der alten Bausubstanz eine neue Nutzung zu geben und erlebbar zu machen. Wir konnten die Gebäudehülle komplett erhalten und erneuerte Bauteile in anderem Zusammenhang wieder verwenden. Neue Bauteile wurden naturbelassen.

Das Chalet/Holzhaus mit großem Dachüberstand, Wintergarten und Balkon in Richtung Weiher stellt 65m² in 3,5 Zimmern zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht Alpensicht.
