Onze agriturismo is prachtig gelegen op een heuvel, midden tussen bossen en natuur, in de buurt van historische dorpjes en steden en op 45 minuten rijden van het strand. Vanaf ons zwembad heeft u een prachtig uitzicht op de vallei. Wij bevinden ons in de streek Le Marche waar u het authentieke Italië nog kunt beleven. In 2020 is de regio Le Marche uitgeroepen tot een van de mooiste regio's ter wereld om te bezoeken! Ons kleinschalig agriturismo bevat 4 authentieke appartementen. Benvenuto!

粉红色小屋

Casetta RosaClara è un ex fienile all' interno della corte del Casale del Gelso (antico casale di fine 800) situato nella campagna marchigiana. Indipendente, è formata da due mini appartamenti di circa 40mq ciascuno e comunicanti. Molto luminosa e panoramica, dispone di una terrazza/solarium e di un piacevole e bellissimo spazio, comune ai due ambienti, dove poterti rilassare e rinfrescare. Appena ristrutturata dispone di tutte le comodità armonizzando la tradizione con le moderne esigenze.

In 35 minutes by car you can find yourself in the Sibillini national park or in the other direction the Adriatic coast. Numerous local restaurants within 20 mins drive serving fantastic food. If you enjoy walking or hiking, cycling, shopping or just relaxing this is a great place.

La “Dimora nel Borgo” è una accogliente abitazione nel centro storico medioevale di Maiolati Spontini, in essa si respira una atmosfera rilassata e confortevole, data dalla recente e accurata ristrutturazione, e dall'ambiente circostante tranquillo e silenzioso,  all'interno di un cortile di altri tempi. A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

Ideale per coppie o famiglie in cerca di relax, la nostra casa è immersa in un silenzio d’altri tempi. Siete a 10 minuti di macchina da Macerata e a mezzora dalle spiagge. Lo spazio sarà a vostra esclusiva disposizione. Disponiamo di Home Theatre con impianto HiFi. Possibilità di usufruire del forno a legna previo accordo.

Taverna ex falegnameria ristrutturata di recente soffitto a travi, bagno nuovo con doccia grande, una poltrona un letto grande matrimoniale misure 190x165, un divano che diventa letto misure 120x200 una piazza e mezza, TV, frigorifero, macchina per il caffè e microonde . Giardino esterno con tavolo e campetto basket molto vicino allo Sferisterio 100 metri. (corso Cairoli). nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi alimentari, forni, pasticceria a 20 metri. Ospedale a 200 mt.

Facilmente raggiungibile in 15 minuti Fabriano, in 20 minuti le splendide grotte di Frasassi, in 30 minuti Gubbio e in 60 minuti Senigallia o la Baia del Conero, in 20 minuti la città ducale di Camerino.
