Sandyland Escape

Escape to Sandyland in our 2 bedroom condo located in a beachfront triplex in beautiful Carpinteria. Family friendly and just steps from the sand, our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. The condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with bunk beds (twin/full), and 1 bath. Spacious living room and dining room that seats 4. The outdoor eating area is equipped with a propane grill. Boogie boards, beach chairs and towels included.

A relaxed and comfortable place to stay with full sized appliances, tall ceilings and 2 sleeping lofts. Plenty of space for 1-2 people, a small family, or 4 adventurous people. The large cantina window allows for beautiful natural light and easy access to deck seating. Pets welcome! Large 1/2 acre fully fenced yard surrounding living space.

Welcome the the newly completed Sea Lofts at Padaro Beach. This is Santa Barbara's most exclusive beach. You won't find closer accommodations to the water for miles. Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck or beach and watch the sunset. The lofts are well appointed with kitchenettes.

Ojai Restored Retro Trailer on a Ranch!

Little Moon, fully renovated 1950 Aljo trailer, found buried to its axles in Mojave. Named after her original owner, a Native American woman named Little Moon, whose birth certificate was found in the trailer. She has now been rebuilt and completely restored and placed in a perfect location under oak trees and next to our vegetable garden on our ranch where our numerous animals keep her company. UPDATE: Brand new AC unit installed! Nice and cool for summer months now!

The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.

Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!
