Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

Rénové en toute simplicité pour 2 personnes , ce studio dispose d'un lit 2 places et d'un canapé-lit. Stationnement libre en bas de la résidence et casier à ski individuel. With the train station less than 50metres away from our home, St. Cergue is a fabulous location for walking, cycling, skiing or simply relaxing whilst surrounded by breathtaking views and fresh scented mountain/forest air. With Nyon 12mins and Geneva 30mins away by car, the location is superb. The flat is new and commands a position on the top floor thus guaranteeing the breathtaking views over lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. The flat is located in the centre of Messery, close to all amenities (pharmacy, bakery, mini-market, post office). Its location is ideal for a holiday between lake and mountains: 850m from Messery beach, 5 minutes by car from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains, 35 minutes from Geneva, 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort (Les Habères). The 271 bus stop for Geneva is at the foot of the building (35-40 min to Genève Rive).

Vous serez bercés par le bruit du ruisseau qui coule le long du studio. Je précise qu'il n'y a pas de TV. Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de frais de ménage: avant votre sortie (draps retirés, nettoyage vaisselles, toilettes propres, poubelles vidées, aspirateur). MERCI

Bel appartement indépendant de 2 grandes chambres avec cuisine et balcon dans un immeuble FAMILIAL. Plusieurs restaurants et bars à proximité. Épiceries, boulangerie, glaciers et tabac dans la rue. Proche de la plage et d'airs de jeux pour les enfants. Place gratuite dans le parking souterrain qui se trouve à 50m du logement. J'habite dans le même immeuble avec ma fille Mina. A 10 minutes à pied de la gare.

Also 8min drive to the freeway. Guest has exclusive access to the apartment.
