Il Casale è circondato da 6 ettari di terra e si trova a 7km dal Ponte Tibetano di Sellano, a 20 da Rasiglia, a 20 da Norcia, a 28 da Cascia e a 8 dalle Terme di Triponzo. Vicino al Parco Nazionale dei Sibillini e ai fiumi Corno e Nera, dove stagionalmente è possibile pescare e praticare rafting, è ideale per la vita all'aria aperta. It can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of a dining kitchen, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a special bathroom created in what used to be the bell tower of the Abbey.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.
