Surrounded by groceries, stores, caffes, we are just a step away from lively Viale XX Settembre, Canal Grande and historic Narodni dom of Slovenian community. Terasa features: full audio system in living room, brand new air condition system, sleeping room has a low ceiling, but open view to the high stars. Il nostro appartamento è stato ristrutturato a marzo 2024 ed è pronto ad accogliervi. L'appartamento è molto luminoso e ha un soggiorno con una zona cucina ben attrezzata, una camera matrimoniale, un bel bagno con una comoda doccia. Nel soggiorno abbiamo un divano letto con topper

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Mansarda Rossetti è una mansarda ad ampia metratura sita all' ultimo piano di uno stabile d'epoca. L'edificio è dotato di ascensore ma è necessario salire qualche scalino per accedere all' appartamento. Offre una vista sui tetti di Trieste e sul Teatro Rossetti. A due passi dal viale XX Settembre, zona pedonale ricca di negozi, cinema e ristoranti, vi permetterà di scoprire la città a piedi sfruttando una posizione strategica. Adatta ad ospitare da 2 a 5 persone. Non c' è Wifi!

Casa Zen si trova in un palazzo storico, in via San Nicolò, principale via pedonale della città. Questa via è centralissima, in una zona ricca di storia, dove si trovano tutte le attività culturali, commerciali e i servizi di cui si può aver bisogno durante il soggiorno. Casa Zen dista 200 m dalla splendida Piazza Unità d'Italia, 100 m dal Canale Ponterosso, Piazza della Borsa e a 1 minuto da Molo Audace. Dalla stazione ferroviaria si arriva a piedi in 5/10 minuti.
