Spacious Top Floor Condo Retreat

Listen to the calming sounds of all the water features throughout the property from the secluded balcony. Inside, relax in 1000 square feet of upscale surroundings that include wood floors and high quality Tempur-Pedic king mattress. Later, head for the ground-floor pools and hot tub. 1000 sq ft of space on the top floor. Queen size adjustable firmness air mattress with clean beddings available upon request to be set up in the living room. You will be able to access the entire unit, 2 Swimming pools, and the hot tub. I will be available by text, phone or email throughout the stay. The quiet and beautiful setting is surrounded by trees. Within walking distance to CalTrain station, San Antonio shopping center, and Whole Foods, Trader Joe, movie theater plus numerous boutiques. Major tech companies located nearby include G00gle and Faceb00k. Stanford University is within a 10 minute drive. A short 5-10 minute walk to the Cal Train stop but the unit is not impacted by any train noise. The bus stop is conveniently around the corner to take you to Downtown Castro Street or Stanford University and beyond.

Sweet Suite!

Our typical guest has grandkids or children that live in our area, is in town for work or is traveling from just about anywhere in the world. Guests have said they like being close to SF at a very reasonable price. We're a family home so you can hear our family when we are in the kitchen. The Sweet Suite is behind our kitchen. Our kids have grown up doing Airbnb so they work to be as quiet as they can when guests are in the Sweet Suite. There is no doubt you will hear us at some point.

You will be surrounded by mature redwoods on the peaceful balcony and one with nature at the fire pit overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, comfortable workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. We live in the main house on the property.

Our charming private guest room (suite) is located on the first floor of a townhouse if you want a private, comfortable, and centrally-located place. The room has a queen-sized bed, a huge closet, and a stocked bathroom. Our self-check-in system allows for flexible check-in times anytime after 3 pm. Our sunny studio has a comfortable queen bed, efficient kitchen, and small bathroom with a shower. The only sink is in the kitchen. Large windows look out on our garden. Newly renovated, clean. Near shops and cafes and an easy walk to public transportation. We have just added a sleeper sofa. A third person can be accommodated for an additional charge.
