A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Incantevole villino situato a circa 2 km da Villa Gregoriana e dal centro storico di Tivoli, domina sia la rigogliosa Valle dell'Aniene, che lo splendido panorama su Roma, mentre subito ai suoi piedi si innalza il Santuario della Madonna di Quintiliolo, da cui il villino prende il nome. Sul retro della casa, ad una certa distanza, passano i binari del treno che collega Tivoli a Roma durante l'orario lavorativo dalle 7 AM alle 10 PM: anche questo è un particolare molto suggestivo!

You can easily reach the most beautiful and important parts of the city' Within walking distance there are the Vatican museums, the wonderful Sistine Chapel , Saint Angel Castle, Gianicolo and Trastevere. The next door there is a Carrefour supermarket and a paid parking. Around bars and restaurants.
