C'è un sentiero che parte dalla proprietà che attraversa il bosco.

Beautiful hillside home, the perfect space for relaxation and fun. Enjoy the spectacular sunset across the pool overlooking the ancient Tiber valley. Umbria rich history and culture surround you and its centuries of culinary and artisanal tradition are at your doorstep. The Etruscan towns of Orvieto, Todi, Amelia are easily reached by car, or take the local train to Rome or Florence. A 3-minute drive away is Guardea with a supermarket, butchers, cafés, shops and an outdoor market on Sundays.

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Principe is a private apartment of about 100 square meters. It is part of the the ancient hamlet of Castello del Duca. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, a free Wi-Fi, a 40" smart TV, an induction hob, an electric oven, a washing machine, a large bathroom with shower located on the lower floor of the apartment, two double beds, towels, bed linens, dishes and cuttlery, a hairdryer, a free parking.
