This is a delightful first floor apartment flooded with light from the many windows and with a charming terrace that looks onto our garden. Relax in the shade of the Pomegranate tree and enjoy the quiet calm of this refuge only a stone's throw away from Saint Peter's square. Right in the centre of Rome to give you easy access to all the sights it is also organized so that one can study , work from home or decide for a longer stay. WE WILL REQUIRE A 50€ CASH UPON YOUR ARRIVAL AS A CLEANING FEE.

Furnished in an industrial style, the studio is designed for 2 people and equipped with all the main amenities, as well as a small private outdoor space. In the surrounding area, you will find typical restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. You can also rent electric scooters.

La Casetta al Mattonato is located on the 3rd floor (41 steps, no elevator) of a 1600s typical roman building, within walking distance of all major attractions.

Niente caos turistico e posizione strategica per visitare Roma in tranquillità. L'appartamento è al secondo piano con ascensore, cucina attrezzata, letti comodi e bagni privati in camera, per il massimo comfort e privacy.
