You can even match the single beds to have a large double bed. You'll find beautiful and spacious bathrooms, with a large shower to ensure maximum relaxation. The living room is the brightest room, with a comfortable sofa bed, a new smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen. You will have also access to the private terrace on canal. Both in bedrooms and in living room you'll find curtains (they are electric, inside the glasses). If you want, it can become pitch dark. It's ground floor flat. You can easily access with your luggages, from the private bank or from the door on the street ("calle"). No keys! You will have your own PIN (we will send you 24 hours before arrival), so everyone can enter easily. The house is beside the magnificent Madonna dell' Orto Gothic church, containing cherished treasures including Tintoretto masterpieces. It is 15 minutes away from Rialto bridge. It is very easy and comfortable to reach by public transport either you arrive from Marco Polo airport or from the Train Station, with no bridge to cross with your luggage between the nearest waterbus stop and the apartment. A City stay tax of € 4,00 per day /per person ( € 2,00 for 10/16 children, excluding children up to 10) is due up to max 5 days.

We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

Ha camere con vista sul canale, due bagni con doccia entrambi con finestra, ampio soggiorno e cucina luminosa. Io vivo nella stessa casa in un appartamento separato, al piano superiore. Sarà un piacere aiutarvi in caso di necessità. Il patio è per me e ospiti.

The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.
