You arrive by boat. No road, no car, no traffic — just a red cottage on the water in a village that time forgot, and the boat is yours for the whole stay (no licence needed). Two bedrooms, a fireplace, a covered terrace over the lake, and a garden of old trees with a wood-fired pizza oven and BBQ. Kayak and paddleboard included. A full briefing on arrival, and we're a message away for anything. This isn't a resort. It's the lake, your own boat, and your own pace.

Welcome to my sweet yet small apartment with big views overlooking Lake Como and Varenna. A fabulous place to unwind and explore traditional Italian villages and wonderful footpaths. High up (great for walkers) it's close to towns like Varenna. It’s in a sleepy village, perfect for guests who want to relax and get away from the crowds. It's a STEEP 25 minute walk from Varenna and the train station so good to have a strong pair of legs!

Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
