Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Welcome to "Villa La Marmotte" located in an idyllic setting between Nice and Monaco. The villa has a large terrace with a breathtaking panoramic sea view where you can sunbathe or enjoy a magical sunset! A lovely garden where you can eat in the shade under the tangerine tree on hot days. A living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, equipped kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, wifi, television, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave & only a 10 minutes walk to the beach . "La belle Vie"!

Half way from Nice and Monaco, in Eze pedestrian medieval village charming suite in a XVI centuty small house with a roof terrace overlooking the mediterranean sea . Living and sitting room with fireplace on the first level, then the bedroom and a semi opened bathroom with a lighted bath and shower. A magic and romantic accommodation right in the middle of the old village of Eze famous for its hand craft its art galleries, its restaurants and the exotic garden at the top. An amazing view !!!

Petit STUDIO très bien équipée avec entrée et parking privé dans une grande Propriété avec piscine et jacuzzi chauffés du 10 avril au 30 octobre . La piscine extérieur et jacuzzi ainsi que le jardin sont partagés mais assez grand pour profiter chacun son espace de tranquillité . Je vis dans la bastide principale . Un Havre de Paix entouré d oliviers centenaires . A 35 minutes de l aéroport de Nice et divers villages provençaux et 14km de Cannes . Tele grand écran /abonnement Netflix

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Just steps from the Citadel, the old town, shops, and restaurants like Le Mayssa and La Mère Germaine. The beach and train station are a 10–15 minute walk away. Less than 30 minutes from Nice Airport and 15 minutes to Monaco by train. No private parking, but several public parking areas nearby.
