Welcome to the Heart of Orange County. This 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths Urban townhouse was recently remodeled and equipped with Brand New Appliances and Furniture. It's located in a safe and quiet community with a private park; also close to all major attractions and has easy access to freeway. You'll be 10-15 mins away from Disneyland Park, Anaheim Convention Center, Asian Mall, The Block, Angels Stadium and beaches, etc.. It's perfect for a family vacation, business trip, and other adventures.

Enjoy quality time with family or friends at our newly remodeled 1930's ocean front family beach home. Sun bathe on the deck in the Summer, catch some waves, rinse off in our outdoor shower, stroll along the shore at sunset, and enjoy barbecuing on the patio. We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. Hi Everyone! Welcome to my beautiful private guest house. There’s one master bedroom with a lovely closet and two queen memory foam beds. In the private house there’s also a very roomy living room with a reversible sofa bed. In the living room there’s a nice fireplace and a 55” inches TV with Netflix connection. There’s also a kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom. You will truly enjoy living in this wonderful newly built private guest house. There’s also HS WiFi and it’s own private pathway.
