Il Castellare si trova in una posizione panoramica e tranquilla a nord del paese di Mammiano. Dalle finestre dell'appartamento, al secondo piano, si può ammirare il paesaggio circostante dal Monte San Vito lo sguardo passa verso la Penna di Lucchio, le Torri di Popiglio fino alle cime inconfondibili del Libro Aperto. Non passa inosservato il famoso Ponte Sospeso, illuminato anche di notte. Il paese di San Marcello è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 15 minuti.

L’appartamento è parte di un casolare di fine 1800 ristrutturato mantenendo struttura originale: soffitto legno a vista, camino, parte mobilio originale. All’esterno disponibile: gazebo con tavolo, poltrone, griglia. Intorno terreno di proprietà di 3 ettari con lago. Disponibile rete Wi-Fi adatta anche per smart working.

La "Locanda di Goethe" è un incantevole loft che si trova nel centro storico di Loiano, un piccolo paesino di montagna sulla Statale 65 della Futa, la splendida strada che collega Bologna a Firenze. Il loft è ospitato all'interno di un palazzo storico, lo stesso che Goethe menzionò nel suo "Viaggio in Italia". Porzione di casa completamente ristrutturata e con entrata indipendente si trova immersa nel verde e in zona tranquilla a 5 min a piedi da Benedello. Da tutte le stanze bellissima vista sulla vallata. Arredato recentemente con ottime finiture. Nello stesso edificio è disponibile uno stesso e identico alloggio delle medesime dimensioni (Casa Chiodo Galleria)
