Appartamento situato entro le mura storiche della città, a 50 m dalla Cattedrale di San Rufino e dal capolinea del bus cittadino che permette di raggiungere facilmente la stazione ferroviaria di Santa Maria degli Angeli. L' appartamento, completamente autonomo, è ricavato all'interno di una struttura più grande e si articola su due livelli: superiormente un soggiorno ampio, un ballatoio usufruibile come camera, un bagno; al piano inferiore la cucina con annessa lavanderia e un ulteriore bagno.

Dista 600 mt dalla Basilica di Santa Chiara, 150 mt da piazza del Comune, 450 mt dalla Cattedrale di San Rufino e 750 m dalla Basilica di San Francesco. Costruita in epoca medioevale sui resti delle gradinate dell'Anfiteatro Romano, la casa offre all'interno piccole porzioni di mura romane a vista. Dalle camere, al piano superiore, si gode di un suggestivo panorama dominato dalla Rocca Minore e da ciò che resta dello stesso Anfiteatro. Tutt'intorno si dirama il quartiere più antico di Assisi, caratterizzato da vicoli, piazzette e case medioevali. Una parte della città sconosciuta ai più ma suggestiva e piacevole da scoprire.
