The neighborhood is well-stocked bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. To visit the beautiful church of the Jesuits and the Church of Miracles one of the masterpieces of the Venetian Renaissance The apartment is located just minutes from Fondamente Nove, landing of the boats that arrive from the railway station and from the airport Marco Polo. Guests will be accepted to the landing of the boat without any fee.

Completamente ristrutturato è' composto da ingresso, area cucina e pranzo, bagno e ampia camera contenente un letto ed un divano letto . Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione dei treni . Godrete delle bellezze di Venezia soggiornando in un ambiente molto accogliente e strategicamente posizionato per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città.

Siamo nel cuore di Venezia, nel quartiere di San Polo, a due passi dal ponte di Rialto. L’appartamento è dotato di una comoda camera matrimoniale e di un divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno, e di due bagni, uno dei quali dispone di una sauna e di un idromassaggio, perfetti per coccolarvi e rigenerarvi in un ambiente di puro relax. Ma la vera perla della nostra casa è la splendida terrazza sul tetto, chiamata "altana" in veneziano, da cui si gode di una splendida vista sul Canal Grande.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.
