Guests will be accepted to the landing of the boat without any fee.

L' appartamento è ricavato in una tipica casa Veneziana del 1600 e si trova molto vicino al Canale di Cannaregio ed al Ponte dei Tre Archi . Completamente ristrutturato è' composto da ingresso, area cucina e pranzo, bagno e ampia camera contenente un letto ed un divano letto . Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto e dalla stazione dei treni . vi presentiamo la nostra nuova casa ,si trova al terzo e ultimo piano e gode di una fantastica vista sui tetti di Venezia: l'appartamento è stato ultimato di restaurare nel maggio 2019 con finiture di alto livello: parquet in vero legno e aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, il grande bagno ha sia vasca che doccia e due lavabi. vi ricordiamo che verremmo personalmente ad accogliervi alla stazione ferroviaria Santa Lucia o a piazzale roma, stazione di arrivo dei bus dall'aeroporto.

Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
