The hilltop villa is surrounded by a private park and the renovation has just been completed, with the lowest environmental impact and maximum comfort: photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, electric car and bike charging. Outside there are ample spaces to enjoy. Each floor is autonomous and has modern kitchens, bathrooms, living and dining areas. The attic has two bathrooms and two connected rooms. The terrace offers an incomparable panorama, in the context of the Unesco heritage site.

The house was my family's country house and has been totally preserved with the exception of the two bathrooms and the kitchen which were completely renovated in 2016. In 2022 important works aimed at saving energy were carried out: insulation on the external walls, replacement of windows and shutters, solar panels and heat pump.
