The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.

Situato nel centro storico vicino a ristoranti e negozi con prodotti locali; adiacente al palazzo comunale e al castello; da qui si raggiunge il lungolago a piedi in pochi minuti. Da li si può prendere il battello che collega a varie ore della giornata una delle isole presenti nel lago , Isola Maggiore, borgo di pescatori molto caratteristico , per fare una bellissima passeggiata e mangiare bene.
