La struttura è circondata da un ampio giardino di circa 800 mq, completamente recintato e ricco di zone d'ombra. Nell'abitazione gli ospiti troveranno 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni. La zona giorno si compone di un'ampia sala con zona lettura, TV-SAT e impianto Stereo – CD, sala da pranzo completamente accessoriata.
