Grazioso cottage in Fraz. Castellaro di S.S.Quirico (AN), in stile rustico, semplice e confortevole. Con le sue due camere e i due bagni può accogliere comodamente fino a 5 persone. Giardino recintato per il relax degli ospiti e dei loro amici animali. Posti auto nella corte . Posizione molto tranquilla e riservata ma a soli 6 min. dalla SS76 di collegamento tra Ancona e Perugia. Si trova a 15 min. dalle Grotte di Frasassi; 20 min. dalle cittadine di Jesi e Fabriano; 35 min. dalle spiagge.

A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.

Dalle camere, al piano superiore, si gode di un suggestivo panorama dominato dalla Rocca Minore e da ciò che resta dello stesso Anfiteatro. Tutt'intorno si dirama il quartiere più antico di Assisi, caratterizzato da vicoli, piazzette e case medioevali. Una parte della città sconosciuta ai più ma suggestiva e piacevole da scoprire.

The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
