A 8 minuti c'è la superstrada dalla quale potrai raggiungere facilmente Firenze, Perugia,Gubbio, Spoleto, Norcia e tanti altri Nel Paese sono presenti,bar, Ristoranti Alimentari,Farmacia Bancomat,un piccolo parco giochi,a 2 km una bellissima piscina per le giornate più calde.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

A pochi metri dall'abitazione ci sono sempre parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti, non ci sono restrizioni ZTL riguardanti il centro storico. La casa è completa di tutti i servizi.
