Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Caratteristico appartamento inserito nel borgo di Parech di Agordo, ai piedi delle montagne (vicinissimo alla partenza dei sentieri) ma allo stesso tempo a due passi dal centro. Si compone di soggiorno con angolo cottura e caminetto, camera matrimoniale, bagno finestrato, vano scala da utilizzare come ripostiglio. Il soggiorno dispone di un grande divano che può essere adibito a due posti letto singoli. All'esterno, un piccolo angolo verde. Possibilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, situato a 50 metri dal Centro di Campitello, ha sede vicino all'impianto della funivia per escursioni d'estate e sciate d'inverno. Esso si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi metri da negozi, ristoranti, parcogiochi, passeggiate e centro sportivo. Il parcheggio davanti all'appartamento è gratuito e privato per gli ospiti. E' di 28mq. A 2 Km da Canazei, 45 Km da Bolzano, 100 Km da Trento e circa 40 Km da Cavalese di Fiemme.

Dalla casa in 15 minuti si è agli impianti di risalita di Alleghe o di Falcade. Inoltre nel comune è presente una palestra di roccia: "Vertik Area Dolomiti".
