La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Appartamento di 60 mq totalmente ristrutturato e arredato a fine maggio 2018 in stile marino. Composto da zona giorno open space, camera matrimoniale e cameretta con 2 letti, bagno con doccia con cromoterapia, secondo bagno di servizio, ampio balcone e garage privato. Situato in zona molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde, dista 5/10 minuti a piedi dal mare.
