By providing wifi only in the communal courtyard we suggest to take a break from been connected with elsewhere and enjoy the 'here and now' . Your separate apartment in our secluded 12th century farmhouse has its own entrance and is on two levels; kitchen and sitting area is on the first floor, beds and bath are upstairs. The large fireplace in the kitchen is very typical in these old houses. In the sleeping rooms we have air conditioning. The garden is unique , a place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located in the heart of Chianti, just 2 km from the center of San Casciano VP, 17km from Florence and 50km from Siena. It is self catering (36 square meters) and has a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. It overlooks a panoramic terrace where a BBQ is available. It is located inside a local farm , still familiar managment ,that produces wine and olive oil. During your stay you can visit the cellars and taste the products.

This beautiful apartment is in a historical Villa (1600) in a quiet residential complex situated in Scandicci on the hills around Florence. It was totally renovated in 2018. The apartment is made up of entrance, living room with TV and sofa which converts to double bed, bed room with double bed on mezzanine level, bathroom with shower and kitchen equipped with hob and utensils. There is air conditioning (from June - September) and wifi. Private parking in front of the Villa.

It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.
