Villa Madonna è una proprietà costruita a fine ottocento. Il suo nome deriva dall’affresco che vedrete sopra la porta di ingresso di casa. Qui sarete immersi nella natura, circondati dalla pace. Potrete ascoltare il suono delle cicale o degli uccelli, osservare il sole che spunta da dietro al monte all’alba o rilassarvi a guardare le stelle. Non sentirete voci di vicini di casa, rumore di auto, potrete godere del relax della campagna, restando vicini al mare e a dei meravigliosi trekking.

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, famiglie, amanti della natura e della pace. Si trova a 2 km da Sori, in una Villa monofamiliare formata da 2 appartamenti, ognuno con una capienza massima di 6 posti a dormire. Ogni appartamento è munito di cucina, aria condizionata ed è in classe energetica A. All’esterno la Villa è circondata da oliveto e frutteto a perdita d’occhio. A disposizione degli ospiti c’è una piscina con zone esterne munite di barbecue e forno a legna. Possibilità di colazione.

Incantevole appartamento privato a Recco, sito al piano superiore di una caratteristica casa rustica ristrutturata nel 2017. Parcheggio privato con accesso diretto al vialetto di ingresso; bagno con doccia; zona giorno ampia e luminosissima con divano letto, cucina e balcone con completa vista mare; piano superiore con camera da letto, armadio, scrivania e cassettiera. La casa dispone di un ampio terrazzo oltre che di un giardino. L'ingresso indipendente consente il distanziamento sociale.

Appartamento indipendente e confortevole, con accesso diretto ad ampi spazi verdi riservati. Fa parte di un piccolo nucleo di case in collina, affacciate sulla valle e con il mare all’orizzonte. Si raggiunge in cinque minuti di auto dal casello autostradale di Recco e con un breve percorso a piedi, comprendente una scalinata. Accesso privato; bagno con doccia e vasca; soggiorno ampia e luminoso con divano letto, angolo cottura, camera da letto matrimoniale. Grazioso pergolato e giardino.

The apartment is located on the last floor of the villa overlooking the Promontory of Portofino, on the floor there are 2 panoramic terraces. Sori is a typical Ligurian village famous for its clear sea, the location is strategic to reach Camogli and Portofino, it has one of the largest beach within Genova area. Easy walk to reach the cliff area “Capo Pino”, a unique location.

The newly renovated flat is located inside a magnificent Art Nouveau dome designed in 1906 that towers over the city's main street, just a 5-minute walk from Brignole station and Piazza De Ferrari, surrounded by a private panoramic terrace with plants, flowers and essences. The flat consists of a living area, a mezzanine with a double bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with a large masonry shower, a hallway, high ceilings and arched windows. Náš dům leží v centru středověkého městečka Tagliolo Monferrato obklopeného vinicemi a horami. K ligurijské riviéře se dostanete autem za 30 minut. Pro milovníky vína je na dojezd známá oblast Barolo & Langhe. Do starého přístavu Janov (Genova) cesta autem trvá zhruba 50 minut. Každé ráno můžete posnídat v místním baru a nasát pravou italskou atmosféru s cappucinem a croissantem. (20m od baráku) Parkování zdarma u baráku na ulici a nebo v blízkosti na parkovišti.

On the first floor of the villa guests can request breakfast together with the guests of the B & B (cost not included in the rent).

A beautiful flower garden is the setting for this structure, appropriate for both families with children and couples. Michela will be careful of all your needs. The villa is located on a first hill of Arenzano, about 2 km from the center and the sea. The road to the villa is paved and we report the presence of sharp bends, however it is passable with any car or van.
