乡村民宿

Il chiericciolo è una casa di campagna sulle fantastiche colline umbre vicino a Todi e Perugia. La casa ha una vista a 360 gradi su vigne, noci e boschi. La casa è molto grande e accogliente con un bel camino, inoltre è attrezzata con una cucina per divertirsi a cucinare i prodotti tipici locali. La casa è stata ristrutturata lasciando tutti i muri in pietra, le travi di legno castagno a vista e il cotto originale. Mentre gli impianti di riscaldamento e i bagni sono completamente nuovi. Passare una notte al chiericciolo è un'esperienza unica.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !

La casa si trova a pochi metri da Piazza della Repubblica, auditorium San Domenico, caserma Gonzaga, e a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Nelle immediate vicinanze inoltre, si può usufruire di ogni tipo di servizio (banche, farmacie, market,ecc...) senza dover prendere l'auto.

Equipped with all the comforts, with attention to the smallest details, the furnishings also includes antique furniture. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher, a living room with a double sofa bed and a landing overlooking the square. Casolare antico ristrutturato, diviso in appartamenti di varia dimensione. Dista pochi km da Montefalco e dalle principali città d'arte dell'Umbria. Dispone di ampio giardino, area giochi, barbecue, piscina attrezzata, parcheggio. L'appartamento è un bilocale, al piano primo, con camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia con box, e ingresso con angolo cottura/zona giorno e doppio divano letto. Esternamente dispone di gazebo con tavolo e sedie.
