A cozy stone and wood chalet with amazing views of the Apennines, surrounded by nature with a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

A 40km dalla riviera romagnola, ci si trova immersi nel pieno delle colline verdi e soleggiate dove oltre a rilassarsi nella piscina a disposizione( apertura estiva stagionale),si possono praticare diverse attività all’aperto, tra le quali il trekking, le escursioni in bici e tanto altro. The Villa le Pergole Suite consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a double bed in the loft. Between the two bedrooms there is a living room for guests. There is free parking and a swimming pool from May to November. Additional cleaning on request with change of sheets and towels is subject to a fee for a total of €40.
