Langlaufloipe in unmittelbarer Nähe Bis ins Zentrum , Hallenbad oder Bahnhof sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten . Wanderwege führen direkt vom Haus zum Schwarzsee oder über die Seidlalm auf den Hahnenkamm.

Our House is in a Dead End Street that means no traffic, just the Residens. Suitable for a couple up to 2 kids

Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.
