With approx. 45 m2, it offers a large living room, bedroom, kitchen (NEW since 2021) and a friendly bathroom. Enjoy your time in a quiet atmosphere and with a great view over Wörgl. We love to host our guests! Our home has been curated with the aim to make you feel at home. Being busy travellers ourselves, we aimed to create a space that welcomes and makes you feel at ease once you have arrived at your vacation home. We have sourced unique pieces of furniture, from second hand markets in Vienna and Cape Town, auction houses and museum pieces directly from designers, such as Marco Dessi. The furniture is complemented by our art collection.

Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

Es liegt auf 1.000 m an einem Südhang - mit herrlichem Blick auf die beeindruckenden Berge des Berchtesgadener Lands. Man hat das ganze Haus (100 qm) und den Garten für sich. So kann man es sich im Liegestuhl auf Balkon und 2 Terrassen richtig gemütlich machen. Eine Besonderheit ist das Schlafzimmer mit großem Panoramafenster.
