Villa Giuliana is an elegant early ‘900 villa where to spend your holiday on Menaggio, at the hearth of lake Como. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 full bathrooms, one in each bedroom. There is also a kitchen, a living-room, a dining-room, a terrace and a garden where to have lunch or dinner or relax sunbathing. Villa Giuliana is suitable for stays of a few days or even over a week for families with children or groups of friends.

Cozy Villa on Lake Como. The two-story structure was renovated and refurbished in 2021, with the all-window front providing stunning lake views. The spacious terrace is perfect for having a meal al fresco and enjoying the relaxing garden and jacuzzi. The property includes several amenities to ensure an amazing experience: Outdoor barbecue grill, AC in every room (and the covered patio), TVs in the bedrooms and living room, fireplace, private dock for rental boats, washer and dryer, and wifi.

Brienno is a very quiet and peaceful village, ideal for enjoying the peace and tranquility that only the lake can offer. The apartment is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant and carefree as possible, including fresh and fragrant bed linens, towels, all kitchen amenities, and of course, Wi-Fi. You will also have a huge private Terrace where you can eat or relax looking at the 180° Lake view. This is the perfect place to enjoy nature and the peace of lake. There is a direct access to the beach under the house. You will never want to leave this place.
