Stretta tra Lago e Prealpi Orobiche, Lecco sta progressivamente abbandonando la sua vocazione metallurgica per vivere la grande bellezza delle sue risorse naturali. A pochi passi dal centro della città e dalla stazione ferroviaria, nel quartiere di Castello di Lecco, si trova "il Gerenzone", un monolocale con ingresso autonomo, angolo cottura e bagno privato. L’ appartamento si trova all’interno di una villa costruita negli anni ‘50 e mantiene inalterato fascino dell’epoca. Per accedere c’è un ingresso indipendente e una ripida scala a chiocciola perciò non è adatto a chi ha problemi di mobilità o a bimbi piccoli. Siamo vicino al centro di Lecco e ancor più vicino alla stazione. Dispone di una terrazza nella quale godere di momenti di assoluto relax. Ci sono due accoglienti camere da letto, una matrimoniale ed una singola.
